This may be a dumb question, but I have gone through every piece of paper, everywhere in the dashboard, and read the FAQs here, and can't find it ... where would I find our SVN/VSE Owner Number? I see our contract numbers, one for each ownership, but no numbers in common for our two VOIs. I need this for a resale purchase we are about to make for a mandatory resort, so that it can be placed in our VSE account.

You have to call and ask for the number, it's not anywhere on line. I have seen mine when attending owner updates, it's on the report detailing your ownership that the salesperson uses to review your ownership during the update.

In the past I simply used one of my contract numbers - and specify that it was a contract number. That was all that they needed to link the new timeshare to the same account/logon. We even have 2 different ownerships with 1 common name tied to one account. My husband owns all timeshare except for 1 with me and they all show up as one account, with my name being the common deniminator.

WKR (Scottsdale) 1bd Premium X 2 (both even)
Westin Flex annual
And that’s it, no more. Definitely done!
I would just call owner services if you question this. We recently purchased resale and after the deed was recorded the transfer/title company informed me that they emailed VISTINA with the new information. Within 2 days our new purchase was listed on our dashboard. All of this happened at the same time as the changeover to the new company. As I recall I never provided the transfer company with any specific ownership information other than that we owned at both WLR and WKORVN. Our new ownership at WKR was added to our existing account in 2 days. I was impressed.

I was under the impression from another post here somewhere that all ownerships in a single account had to be deeded to the exact same names. I seem to recall someone reported problems when a middle name was on one deed but not another.

Especially with differing sets of owners. If they're all in one account, what's to stop someone from having use of a deed that they don't actually have rights to? I would think that would be a potential legal can of worms if something went wrong...

Thanks for the info! :)

I'll call VSE today to see if I can get our number. Our two VOIs are slightly differently named - WKORV is in my name only, Flex in both. I wonder if that can be fixed without a lot of fuss and bother ...

They would have to be re-deeded, for about $150-$200.

However, if they are both in the same Acct. NOW, you probably don't need to do anything, but make sure the new deed is correct.

It is not an issue because my name is on all deeds.
