Hi I have a Grandview timeshare that I don't use and is costing me with a family I need to cut costs where I can. I live in the UK and visited vegas awesome place, however got talked into one of those seminars brought this timeshare. It cost me £10,000 have no idea what that is in dollars, worst thing i've ever done, now i'm giving it away to anyone that can use it. The
closing cost I'am led to believe are $330, this is all I am asking for.
Timeshare is: Grandview Las Vegas
Its 1 bedroom sleeps 4, if you don't know its an apartment own kitchen, lounge with pull out double sofa bed, bathroom.
It's week 10 and maintenance costs $349.50
check in day is sunday.

Those maint fees seem low, I suspect this is every other year usage with maint fee paid every year.

Maybe not, it is a 1 bedroom. I have seen triennials with MY of 114 per year at Grandview. It would make sense that this is the going MF on an annual 1 bedroom.

That is the correct maintenance fee for the GrandView.

I Resemble That Remark.

I should learn to keep my mouth shut when I don't know what I am talking about.
I have major serious room for improvement in that same regard.

When I was young, I expected that by age 60 or so I would have started to gain a measure of knowledge & wisdom & understanding.

I am now pushing 72 & still waiting.

So it goes.
