Biennial week at Los Abrigados Resort and Spa, Sedona, Arizona
Or you can trade for a week at one of several other locations including LAS VEGAS or Estes Park, Colorado (Rocky Mountains). One bedroom unit (sleeps 2-4), every other year use (odd years). We have a week of use reserved in Sedona for July of this year for your use. If you do not want this week, we will pay next year's maintenance fees instead. Fees are split and paid yearly rather than the full payment in odd years - $393.00/year. We will also pay closing/transfer costs. We need to give this up because of health issues.

FREE!! Biannual week at ...

Is that biannual or biennial. There's a huge difference. Bi-annual means twice a year or every six months. Biennial means every other year.

Make sure you clarify so that there is no misleading information in your ad.

Thanks for catching that. It is biennial - every other year.
