105,000 deeded (UDI) points, which will buy 1 week in high season or nearly 2 in the off season with careful booking. We have typically used for multiple short stays each winter at the home resort. Can, of course, be used at any Wyndham property or deposited with RCI. If interested, I can email the points chart.

Maintenance fees are up to date ($68.68 per month) and 2010 points remain available. We LOVE Edisto Island and wish we could return, but are now retired and hubby has health issues and is no longer able to travel.

Please take a look at your original contract and tell us the description of the property as it shows in the contract.

There are a lot of different Property Owner Associations at Wyndham Edisto Island. Which Property Owner Association determines the underlying maintenance fee for your 105,000 points?
