I hhope a Tugger scoops this up. I simply cannot afford another timeshare. Funtime

And maybe it is not just maintenance fees, but the balance of the contract.

Are these fixed weeks or floating?

seems a little too good to be true...I'm looking for a good deal like this one :D. Looking to buy my first timeshare.

It's "Blocks" from the beach

A Motel conversion = "Small"

Altough it "floats" in prime season many of the weeks are sold as fixed so there may be a very limited availability in prime

This one oftern is listed on ebay for a few dollars after someone has paid big bucks to "take it off their hands"

Don't be in a hurry

Timeshares are easy to buy . . . . Very hard to sell if you don't like wat you bought

I own at this resort (San Clemente Inn) and I think all weeks there float. However, both high season and "swing season" (= way off-season) weeks were sold there. The ad calls this a "red week," but ALL weeks on the SoCal coast are considered red, so this might be a swing week.

Ugly and old furniture.
