Has anyone flown Insel Air? I'm considering booking a first-time flight on Insel for a trip in September (10 months from the date of this post). I'd like to hear your comments on this airline - it's reliability, cancellation policy, luggage restrictions from the US, and the best time to book. Do they have sales? Can you sign up for email notification of specials?
I couldn't find anywhere on their website to sign up for email notifications. Also, I couldn't figure out how their frequent flier program works. Can someone explain it to me? Are they partners with any US airlines' frequent flier programs?
