Joined TUG '96, Wyndham Grand Palms AKA, Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort, 3 bed lockout.
have not got any thing deposited right yet and was wondering how TPU's needed for mountain side villa's or woodstone 2 bed full kitchen units. july 2nd or third week 2014..
check in 12th or 19th sat or fri

They have been high for 2014. Mountainside is at 21-23 for July and 2 br Woodstone have been at 18 but have just dropped to 17. Last year Woodstone started off at 15 tpu's and were all taken by the time the last few dropped to 13.
 
wow that a lot of tpu's for there.. i remember couple year ago getting woodstone for like 10 in july..

Are those numbers what you get for a deposit, or for the amount needed to trade in? They may be different, correct?
 
The numbers I gave were the current availability to trade in.
Currently the tpu's given to deposit a July 2 br unit Woodstone- 18tpu's
Mountainside- 22 tpu's
 
Right now you can get a 2 BR Woodstone as a RCI Last Call for $294. Check in 6/22/13.
 
Last minute units do pop up for low tpu's/ rentals. Last year I got a mid June week for 6 tpu's at Regal Vistas which was very nice especially with the $139 Vacation Village affiliate discount.
