I have two Monarch Grand Vacations ownerships that I no longer can afford due to personal issues. One is 133 pts every other year and one is 266 every other year. 133 will get you a one bedroom for one week at many of their nine resorts. I will pay the transfer fees and you take over the maintenance fees. Fees are current as of this month and are billed quarterly. Please contact me at tigerztoy69@yahoo.com. Thanks for reading.

What are the maintenance fees, and what is the address to their website?

Courtesy would have been to answer the question

It would have moved your post to the top of the category and provided necessary information.

There are a few resorts that find wanting takers with a very short period of time. for many it takes months too find a new owner.

Your two day bump without bothering to answer an open question was a little impatient

I answered in a private message to the post as is protocol on the other board I belong to . My apologies I did not mean any disrespect. The maintenance fees are 149 quarterly for the 133 and 298 for the 266.

It may take months to find a taker for this system. The maintenance fees are quite high for a system that renews EOY. We added up our cost for staying in a Penthouse at Cabo Azul and came in close to $1000 per night in mfs.

Wow. Never been to Cabo Azul. Is it pretty nice? SEAN

We sold our 2 monarch timeshares via Craigslist

Monarch is a real simple time share to do the paperwork. Email monarch and they will tell you what to do. You don't need to waste money on a title company. We handled the paper work ourselves and the entire process took about 33 days. We offered the time share for sale for 1k and all closing cost would be paid by seller. We spent a little time making a nice ad and within one day we had four buyers. We offered to close on the timeshare purchase before any money was spent by the buyer. This made the buyers very happy because there are scammers everywhere. We met at the notary signed docs and boom 33 days later both were gone. We really didn't care about the 1k but if you give something away for nothing people think the worst. We told our buyer to enjoy the timeshare and keep the 1k and spend it on each other once the deal was complete. Monarch also has day use available which is a nice perk if you live close to the resort. Our points were in Vegas and just the ability yo use the facilities is worth the maintenance fees.
Hope this helps you out, good luck.

The 266 membership has been taken, but the 133 is still available. Maintenance fees on it are only $149 a quarter.

Interested in knowing your selling experience - we want to do the same !

How did you transfer ownership. I'm interested in doing the same thing with our 172 points (2-bedroom) 1 week every other year which, of course, can be used for 1 bedrooms or studio to stretch it out. Let us know. Thanks.
