I have unit 158 week 37.
Family changes require me to move on! I would like to give it to someone who can use it. We have traded this week for 2BR in hawaii, san diego 2BR , Rhode island 1BR, Squaw valley 1BR... it really trades well! for under a thousand a year, you get USVI luxury, or trade into any property you want!!!
I will pay all closing costs etc.. using www.ExpressTimeshareClosings.com
If you want 2013 use, I would ask for 2013 fees to be paid by you... but for the right party... we could talk.
