[2012] Want to Give away my Timeshare

Hi All,

We have a TS in Paniolo Greens, HI (the big island) that has NO MORTAGE and provides one week every other year.

Willing to give it completely FREE to anyone interested.

I'll have to find what documents need to be filled out and filed, but for some reason I'm not getting any inquiries.

Is there a problem doing a Quickclaim to give it back to Shell?

Am I missing something????

IMHO the Shell executives are waiting for their walking papers, won't be their problem to sell it.
