Free w/ free closing and free 2013 usage! ("Triple Free!") Week 28 (mid-July) one-bedroom at Inverness at Walden, Phase II, Lake Conroe, Texas. This resort trades in both RCI and II. Although inland Texas doesn't trade well in RCI, Interval has far less inventory there, and gives good trade power to summer weeks at this resort. I can do some trade tests to show what this week will "pull" in II, if you like.
Since this resort is dual-affiliated (trades in both RCI and II), it is a good way to get access to both of the major exchange companies. If you need some TPUs for trading in RCI, we could possibly work out a deal where I transfer some TPUs to you as part of this timeshare sale.
This week can also be deposited into any independent exchange company except SFX.
I used to own a total of three weeks at this resort, but gave two away because I can’t travel as much as I used to. Both of the my other weeks were taken by other TUG members who have been happy with them. (One TUG member even sent me a unexpected thank you gift -- a $100 Target gift card!) A number of other TUG members also own at this resort.
Two years ago, the resort underwent a refurbishment for which owners were billed $360 per unit. I have paid the special assessment and all fees are current. The new owner's usage would start with the 2013 use year, but I have paid the 2013 fees, which were only $453.
I am willing to do the closing myself and pay all closing and transfer fees. The new owner will not have to pay anything at all until 2014 fees are due.
Please email me with any questions. (My PM box is often full, so emailing is better. Click on my user name and you will see an option to email me.)
Thank you!
Judy
