Tax on a resale?
Hi folks,
Sorry, I seem to have so many questions lately. When you buy a re-sale, is there sales tax on top of the price? Thanks! |

Here in FL
Here in Florida, there is no tax on buying a resale Timeshare. It only applies to Vehicles, Mobile homes or campers.
But you will be paying Deed recording and Doc stamps. Which are much less. ( About 70 cents per each $ 100.00 value) Phil |
