These are 9000 annual points for Unit Week 36 F (F stands for full annual week) in Condominium Parcel 3TS of Tropical Sands, Lee County (Ft Myers) Florida. See http://www.tropicalsandsresort.com

The loan has been paid in full.

The annual maintenance fees have been paid in full. The 2013 fees were $724.10, including real estate tax. Fees are paid annually by November 15 of each year. The seller recently paid the fees that were due November 15, 2014; I don't have the exact figure on hand. Thus no fees are due again until November 15, 2015. The seller is NOT requesting reimbursement from the buyer for anything. This is free.

The seller will pay all closing costs and transfer fees and will pay any maintenance fees that come due from now through closing.

In November of 2014, Bluegreen informed the seller that an external transfer agent of their choice would complete the transfer. This was after the seller paid Bluegreen a $350 transfer fee.

We heard nothing after that.

Last week we contacted Bluegreen and were told that the transfer was completed in March. The outside transfer agent claimed he emailed me the transfer completion document but I had nothing. He sent it again.

So another successful transfer of a timeshare courtesy TUG.

The seller is relieved to have this behind her.
