I agree ROFR has always been random... however it has been very rare since the NEW POINTS Program adn usually being exercised at older high demand loacation and seasons such as Hilton Head summer...

My take on it is you can rent what you legally own.
If you bought weeks Marriott allows you to rent the week.

Barony has no 'ocean view' rooms

Barony only has garden view, ocean side, and ocean front 2 bedroom condos.
