Can somebody tell me if tickets are being sold or are sold out for this game at Yankee Stadium? When I did a search I only saw ticket brokers. Are they legal and do you get what you pay for? I'd like to buy 2 tickets and saw one site where they were $750 a ticket (that was the cheapest), but if I buy them, I want to be sure its the real thing. It seems so ridiculously high, but I suppose its a once in a lifetime thing. It would be a gift for my husbands
50th birthday (another once in a lifetime thing). I think he'd like this more than a party or another vacation. Thank you for any advice you can share.

Yes, StubHub, Acetickets, RazorGator and some others are not only legitimate, but they guarantee the tickets they sell are authentic and will get you entry to the purchased event. Those guarantees are legitimate - not like the guarantees of some timeshare upfront-fee resale companies! :)

It pays to shop around. Why? Many of the agencies utilize the same database of available tickets for their listings. But the listed prices for those same tickets can vary greatly from one agency to another.

As an example, I checked six online agencies last week for a Jonas Brothers concert to take my granddaughters to and found the same tickets (an odd number of tickets in the same short row of the venue) listed at five of them. I bought at Ace Tickets, which had the lowest price, but I have also purchased at each of the other two on other occasions.
