Wyndham Weeks Owner-- Help!!

I recently sold two fixed week contracts. There was a fe for the estoppels but no transfer fee

I did a conference call with my buyer to Wyndham they confirmed that there was no loans and my fees were up to date and that I hadn't deposited the current years usebto RCI. My buyer went forward without an estoppel So no fees at all

This is a Club Wyndham transfer fee. Fixed week transfer fees may vary by resort, but I believe they are typically lower.

Converted fixed weeks the transfer fee still applies. An unconverted Fixed Week unit there is no transfer fee to Wyndham. There may be a few locations where the HOA requires a fee for a Fixed week at the time of sale but not in Flag.
