I was watching that one just to see. I've heard this is a very nice resort, so I'm not surprised. I mean, I'm surprised it went that high, but I knew it would sell for something. The MF are very reasonable for a week at the beach.

I just spent a week in Daytona and there are a lot of units available in that area.

It depends on if you need ocean front or not. New Smyrna Beach is just a few minutes down the road.

Good luck in your search, I watch TUG, use google and frequently check Craig's List.

Got one Fixed DEEDED Event week 10 at Coconut Palms Resort. Unit is deeded FULL OCEAN FRONT 2/2.
