I have had RCI since 2000, and never was too pleased with the units I could pull. Last year I exchanged a 2-BR Krystal Cancun for a 1-BR at W. Palm Beach Shores. Two weeks before I left, RCI had it on Last Call for $300. Prior to leaving on that trip, I also exchanged that same 2-br unit from 2007 through SFX for a 2-BR Grand Mayan. Two weeks before that trip, RCI had the GM on Last Call for $3,200. Bigdifference in the values. Since RCI must have had surplus GM, why could I never pull anything through RCI, but SFX can? incidentally, I have also reserved 2 weeks at GM Nuavo Vallarta for Oct., and two weeks back at Playa Del Carmen in January.

Yesterday RCI called for the second time with a 3 for 2 renewal, and I firmly told them I had no interest in renewing and place my name on a do not call list.

I am going through a similar mess with RCI and I can't get to a manager high enough to change their mistake. I wish I knew who to call.
