When can I expect a response from feedback@rci.com

    Hello Madge,

    I sent an e-mail note to feedback@rci.com on Friday April 20. Today is Wednesday April 25. I put "TUG" as part of of the subject line. When would it be reasonable for me to expect a response?

    Madge, I have the same question. At your suggestion I emailed feedback with TUG in the subject line on April 13. There has been no response. I sent a follow-up reminder on April 18. My question is how to get off RCI's calling list for cruises, etc. I am on the National Do Not Call List. I continue to received unwelcome calls during our dinner but can't get an answer to my question.

    Response times for the TUG e-mails should be within a day or two right now. Please send again and be sure to enter TUG or Madge in the subject line. You should receive a bounce-back acknowledgement immediately. If not, the messages may be getting hung up in a spam filter.

    RCI's calls to its members do not fall under the National Do Not Call Registry because RCI has a relationship with the members. However, it has always been RCI's policy to discontinue these calls upon the member's request.
