Since my sunset harbor purchase didn't pass Hyatts ROFR, I am still looking for a Hyatt. I have found week 52 at Windward point for sale. What would I be able to rent it out for (if I ever needed to)? What price point do you think would pass Hyatts ROFR?

Are there any haytt specific forums out their?

Thanks for all of your help---------Christine

Maybe you should consider raising you offer price and not worry about your $$$ for your rental. Remember you can always try to get Sunset for week 52 it would just cost you the reservation fee to book it.
I would consider a Hyatt rental a gift to yourself if you get it rented for the top $$$ that you want.
Just buy something before all 2200 point weeks do not get through FROR from Hyatt.

Hi Christine
go to Yahoo.com/groups/Hyatt Vacation club --- register and check it out- lots of great info
You may be able to get an idea of what Windward rents- in Redweek
If you go through a good broker He should have a handle on the current ROFR
's from Hyatt.
previous post is right- with 2200 points I hear you can exchange into almost any Hyatt- rental will probably be the last resort.
Good luck and happy Hyatt hunting
