What is the address to cancel Villa del palmar Cancun

PLEASE HELP..

We recently came back from Cancun and signed for a timeshare with Villas del Palmar. After reading over the contract we have determined that cant afford it. Tomorrow is the last day for our cooling period. Does anyone know what email address we need to send the letter of cancelation or what number to call? I appreciate your help!

You must write a letter (sample at the link), and mail it via USPS, postmarked by tomorrow. Send it certified, return receipt.

Be sure to have both co-owners sign the rescission letter.

Look through all the paperwork you have for an address. Write a simple letter stating that you are exercising your right of rescission according to Mexican law, and be sure that everyone who signed the contract signs the letter. You might even include a copy of the first page showing any contract number, dates, etc.

Be sure to send your letter by certified mail so that you have a receipt from the post office showing that you mailed the letter within the rescission period.
