MFs from database

For everyone else's benefit, this is the data from the database.
1803.91 + 140.00 SVN fee. = 1943.91

If Denise is correct, it seems the annual payment is half of 1943.91 plus $30, or $1001.55

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Mission Hills is one of the few resorts with ROFR and if Starwood has buyers who want platinum inventory they do exercise. I don't know if they would for an EOY but if they had a buyer looking for 148,000 EOY SO unit at the time of transfer they might. Since the price is free I wouldn't stop that from taking it if that's what you wanted, but unlike most if not all of the voluntary weeks it is a possibility.

Annual fees will be $901.96 + $30 $931.96.

No svn fee

WMH is a voluntary resort, so new owner will NOT pay any SVN fee. Most likely, new owner will pay around $900 annually (50% of MF)

What do you mean? Starwood exercised their ROFR and gave you some money to boot? Like 0$ + x$=y$

Not exactly. I included a couple other things in purchase hoping it would pass but it didn't. The buyer got his refund back
