Are you using Google Chrome?
I find that I cannot connect using Chrome.
I need to use Explorer.
It has been that way for a few weeks now.
I have tried everything I know to solve it and just cannot.

I guess it's just down.
I was on briefly earlier to bank some points. It worked but was slow. Then when I tried to book something, I got the 500 error.
Now I can't sign on at all. Using Chrome, but tried Explorer too

Not working here either. This is certainly not out of the ordinary.

UPDATE
i am now signed in and accessing my account OK.

This is certainly not out of the ordinary.
They clearly still have a problem.
With Safari on my iPad, it was just sticking on the sign in page, then it did accept my sign in and went to the opening page before freezing and now when I try to sign in again it appears to do so but then displays

Our apologies, the server has encountered an error attempting to access the web page.

Have you try Edge? Sometimes Edge will open the website and not Chrome.

I've been advised to use Firefox for the MVCI site. It seems optimized for that. But I've never had issues with Chrome.

If that's the case, we're in more trouble than we thought. Firefox browser is used by about 10% of users. That would be a silly browser to "optimize" for.

According to the website:
For the best experience on Marriott Vacation Club, we recommend using the most up-to-date versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.

According to the website:
I recall the old version of the my-vacationclub.com owners site mentioning that it was best used with Firefox, but I have noticed no such notice on the new website.
