I hope I'm posting in the right forum but I need to know what the little pair of glasses next to my for sale add means and how do I get rid of it?? I must of mistakenly clicked on something and there they were and I want to delete them.

The glasses means you are subscribed to the thread and you will be notified when someone posts in the thread. Since you are trying to sell something, it's a good idea to be subscribed to the thread.

If you don't want to be subscribed, click on the thread go to the top and there will be some options. Look for watch thread and change that setting to unwatch thread or no longer watch the thread - whatever it says. Then, you won't be notified when someone posts on the thread.

You may or may not be notified when there are replies to that thread, that is based on your alert settings. I have turned off all of my alert settings except for a very few. However that little pair of glasses will for sure make that thread show up in your Watched Threads if someone replies to it. They are not a bad thing.

I believe any post that you start yourself is automatically "watched"
