    Playing around on the Massanutten website and found this. I don't know what 'spiff' is.

    I did a bit of online checking, and as near as I can figure out, "spiff" is an additional commission paid after the deal closes. Like an extra one-half percent. Perhaps for those sales that don't rescind?

    Timeshare sales is definitely its own world. Maybe that's why the weasels lie so much - thar's gud munney to be made at them thar sales presentashuns! ;)
