The tickets for Universal and WDW are generally never heavily discounted. In general the best deal for Universal tickets is direct from Universal themselves as they often offer deals (like extra days) that are not available elsewhere. Disney direct, on the other hand, is generally the most expensive place to get their tickets once taxes and delivery all get factored in.
Our go-to source for Orlando attraction tickets is Undercover Tourist (www.undercovertourist.com). They are almost always the least expensive, the prices quoted include all taxes and shipping (including to Canada - guessing with your French phone tag that you may North of the 49th?) From time to time other locations may have slightly better prices for short periods, but UT is consistently the best price.
We get all our park tickets at AAA. Not a huge discount, but better than nothing. And that is on top of the incredible discounts we get for being Florida residents.
Since I from europe, I would buy them from home before going. Universal currently has and offer at approx 283$ for 14 days use for all 3 parks.
After reading the site, it does not say you need to be an european to use the tix, they do however mail out the tix, and that might require an european mailbox.
So if you know anyone going to the states they can bring you some tix for universal. The same tix from disney is also available for approx 375$ including hopper and memory maker.
If you belong to a union, they seem to have the cheapest that I've seen. There's a second "close" site, I'll have to look it up again, but it was asked here not too long ago.

tickets2you.com, 877-849-2968. The last time I checked they had the best prices. Another one to check if you want to compare prices is officialticketcenter.com, 877-406-4836.
These sites sell 6 day park-hopper tickets in the range of $425 to $480. As a Florida resident, I can get a Silver Annual Pass (black out Easter, Summer, and Christmas, when I wouldn't go anyway), which includes free parking ($20 a day) and 10% - 20% off dining for a whopping $416.99 at AAA.
