Transfer time since system change....

Has anyone purchased points and had them transfer recently? I am so frustrated with Wyndham already and have not even had the transfer completed yet. I began the purchase process the first week of March. Wyndham received everything in mid April, they have told me several times that everything is in order and the check has been cashed. What started as 6-8 weeks turned into 8-10 weeks because of the system changing and now that the 10 weeks are here, I was told today that basically they don't know when the transfer will go through. I was told it won't happen until IT fixes the system. So, basically I can kiss taking my daughter on vacation this August goodbye. I am really second guessing purchasing with this company. Sorry, venting and looking for any feedback that anyone may have.

My guess is the answer you got from Wyndham is as close to honest as they ever get. I wouldn't count on your contract getting finalized until IT gets some stuff ironed out. I think it is quite likely that absolutely nobody on the planet knows when that will be.

I started two contracts last August and did not get access to my points til March of this year for one contract and May for the other. You are actually on a fast track compared to me.

How long did it take them to get the assigment agreement to you? That is what I am stuck on.

I bought it on February 14 I got papers to sigh from closing on April 6 seller drug their feet did not get their paper work sent back until May 6
