Do I remember reading awhile ago that II bought TPI?

After looking at TPI today, I am feeling they should rename it T P Mexico.

Personally, I am happy to say I don't have anything on deposit with them -- it would be tough to find a trade.

Which makes me wonder if the II strategy was to eliminate the competition? Sad.

I quess it depends where you are looking. I exchanged into 3 weeks on the big island (Sept) and a week at Island Park (July). I have always found them pretty good for where I want to go...not much back east, carribean, or florida but I'm ok with that. I seem to find more with trading places than with Platinum or DAE. I dropped my RCI a long time ago. I have access to interval with my shell points but don't ever use them.

I don't like the fees to upgrade size or season but I just have to plan what I deposit to accomodate where I want to go and when

TPI is also great for Park City Utah. It is next to impossible to get a winter ski week into Park City with RCI. TPI has a lot of exchange and rental inventory.

I second the resorts in Park City. Almost every year I trade into a ski resort in Park City. Last year it was Christmas week.
