Hello All,

I am reducing my holdings in timeshare overall. I have today up for grabs a Starwood SVV Bella Unit 2 Bed L/O worth 81,000 SVN points in even years, next use 2018. Property is free and clear, no liens.

I am an attorney and I can do the deeding and recording. I would only ask that you reimburse for this year's MF of $760 which I have already paid, and the recording fees which seems to be about $20.

Just to clarify, I believe you are talking about the 2017 maintenance fee - not this year's - correct?

Thank you Denise, yes I am talking about 2017's MF, which I paid in November 2016. MF is paid half each year, not just on the use year.
