I've never heard of this company by name, but I've heard of this type of operation countless times. It is usually a scam. If they initiated contact (by phone?), then it is likely a scam.
They try to bait you by saying, "No upfront fee; only a 6% commission, etc.". Then, when you're ready to close this mythical deal, they hit you with, "Oh, we just need $963 for [insert bogus fee or tax here such as closing costs, conveyance fee, Mexican back taxes, etc.]".
Then they will escape with your money and you will still own your timeshare. Do not fall for this!
