This is NOW SOLD! Has to be the fastest timeshare sale I've ever had but couple got great deal. Thanks TUG!
My wife and I have used these to transfer into Disney for years now and we have decided to take the plunge and buy DVC. These are great units, in a resort we love across the street from the beach. I loved this place so much joined the board and have sat on board for last 10 years(and will continue to do so). ONLY reason we are getting rid of these is that we love Disney and this is way we can “justify” to ourselves the additional expense of the DVC dues and I want to simplify getting into disney resorts. There are not many timeshares in Gulf Shores so the these are in high demand and trade very well with very low dues compared to other places. NOTE: I will still own Timeshares here, I just need to offload 3 to make room for the dues. I do know the value of these and will not accept someone taking week 31 and 32 and not 44. If I have to keep 44, I will just keep all 3 and rent 31 and 32 out to cover the dues of all 3(I’ve done this in past too, would just rather simplify this and take that risk out). I am offering to give away to give incentive to someone to take all 3. All dues paid for this year but all weeks also banked with RCI for this year. All weeks free and clear for next year and forward. Also, will transfer my RCI account(buyer to pay transfer fee of $98) to the person taking these own. It is paid up platinum through july 2019 an has 54 TPU banked.

Maintenance fees: We have really tried to keep the fees low for these units. Only recently did we move to $415 per week per year.
Title Transfer: I will handle the transfer of title for FREE as for AL I can create Deed and handle transfer with county. If you want a closing/title agency to do it, you would pay ($150 per week with TUG recommended company) so that is your choice.
As indicated, this unit can be traded in RCI or II and for nice destinations like Disney (I’ve been successful with Bay Lake Tower, Beach Club, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Saratoga springs, etc). We have been to places in Panama City, Destin, etc with this as well. We really enjoy the location and again plan to continue to stay here with our other weeks.
