SKI WEEK - Free - Pines at Meadow Ridge (Winter Park CO)

I have a fixed (Week 49) ski week timeshare that I no longer am able to reliably use after moving to the East coast. I would like to give this deeded week away to an interested TUG member. I do ask that the recipient pay all transfer/closing fees (should be around $400).

This is a great week, as the Winter Park slopes are open for skiing yet usually not too crowded. The Pines at Meadow Ridge is a nice development, featuring a clubhouse with gym, racquetball, etc.

The condo itself has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (and a nice fireplace).

I forgot to mention that the annual maintenance fees are $464.

Still available and ski season is getting closer. Closing costs should be about $200 (my estimate in the original post was too high). 2017 Maintenance fees are already paid, so you can use the unit this December at no cost. Please contact me if interested.
