Silverleaf Diamond Club questions

    Can one become a Silverleaf Diamond Club owner by buying two units on resale ? Also if you buy more than one unit at Silverleaf do you get the discounted maintenance on the second unit ?

    I was also told yesterday during an "Owner Update" at Silverleaf that the
    Diamond program was ending (gasp :)) yesterday and that yesterday was my last chance. Any truth to that :)

    As you can see this has been going on for some time...ever since it started they have been telling us it is going to END TODAY.....have heard from other members the same thing.......as for reduced MF's just cause you have one that is reduced does NOT mean that if you have two they will BOTH be reduced.....don't let them strong arm you!!!! I have also been told that bonus time is going to be ending...well not ending they are going to charge somewhere between $75.00 and $150.00 per night...not sure what you heard...everyone hears something different from these people.

    Do either of you use an exchange company? My dad owns Silverleaf at Flint and has moved to Oregon so he needs to use an exchange company to make use of his TS.

    Do you have any idea of the TPUs assigned to the units?

    I use RCI but.........I used it for a blue week I had with SL and don't have it any more. I do still own a red week with SL and do internal exchanges. If you tell me what resort (I think The Villages) and the week owned I could tell you the TPU value it has...

    Silverleaf TPU

    You would need to know unit type - 1BR, 2BR etc to get TPU. However it
    should be fairly low with RCI - in your case I would expect about 15 for
    a 2BR in week 24 at the Villages.

    I am told that II has better TPU for Silverleaf. However that was told to me
    by Silverleaf reps and I have not verified it.
