Second is an every other year even week worth 67.100 with first usage in 2018 and fees due in 2017 towards 2018 usage. Also, you can prepay the 2018 fees and have usage of the options in 2017!

Clarification since this has been an issue lately:

With Vistana EOY deeds, you pay approx. half the maintenance fee each year:

2017: Pay about 1/2 the 2018 MF
2018: Pay about 1/2 of the 2018 MF

There is enough StarOptions for a studio at Westin Lagunamar every other year.
