These people suck, they kept my money for 8 months and then after numerous emails from me, and after I threatened to sue them they finally admitted they sold me the wrong unit and give me back my money. They are crooks from the word go. Pacific Transfer even told them they screwed up to no avail. The bad part about it is you can't leave negative feedback on ebay because it takes them so damn long to do anything.

I think you should leave negative feedback for sellers like this at the 2 month point if things are not going well. Most deals should be done well within 2 months if you're dealing with a competent seller and closing company. I've had some get closed and transferred within 2 weeks where the closing company recorded the deed electronically.

Closing

I know but they give you excuses in the first 60 days, like they are so busy but not to worry. I know there is another post about this, but they are really bad.

My second one from them is just finishing up. They just sent the deed to the
Resort today. Should be in the resort system by the week after next. My two
Have both been 5 weeks from start to finish. I'm a happy camper and I would

I, too, had a successful purchase from Selltimeshare dot org / Pacific Transfer.

I purchased some Wyndham Points (this was a low dollar and hence low risk purchase) from them back in June and the new points are now in my Wyndham Account. Pacific Transfer seemed a bit disorganized at first, as I think the person who was handling my closing left the company.

I talked and complained to Matt Shell (seller) and he said they would get the sale done. It took awhile, but the last month was just waiting for Wyndham to process the paperwork.

So, I personally would buy from them again. But, be aware that the transfer company is still "getting up to speed" and due your due diligence before buying.

So it took 3 months to get Wyndham points transferred to you? How long should it take? If you only paid $1.00 for it, there's no risk but I'd be hesitant to buy something that costs much money from this seller.

Two to four months is normal with wyndham points

I went into a purchase with them, from eBay.

I called regularly and spoke with the main guy, David. He was clear and open with me throughout the process.

Unfortunately, Marriott exercised its ROFR on us. So, our purchase ended prematurely.

If another property comes up with them that matches our desires, I will give it another try.

I have dealt with them and besides the typical mass seller potential issues it was extremely smooth. All electronic and from start to resort transfer it was 8 days. Was the wrong unit on your purchase contract or did it end up being wrong once it was completed and transferred?

Transfer

They told me the week was right and the resort screwed up, the resort told me they screwed up because the unit on the contract had already been sold two months earlier. Don't know who to believe
