[EDITED: I'm sorry, but your post was too much like an Ad, so I have edited out the detailed description. Posters can help you without the specifics.]

Let me start by saying I am pretty smart but don't really understand the terms to use to confirm all parties are on the same page and what all is required to sell/buy. I started to create a listing on eBay and realized I do not know enough to create my listing. We are the owners [at Wyndham Smoky Mountains in TN.] We one the deed free and clear. We would want the closing to go thru a fast and solid closing agent company. We are hoping the buyer will be willing to pay the closing fee and resort transfer fee. Pretty much the only $$ we would receive on the sale is the difference between cost to list and final bid. We would continue to pay monthly maintenance thru the closing and buyer picks them up after transfer is complete. How do I outline all this within an eBay auction? How do I find the best option to handle the closing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you reviewed other listings for the same resort? Search eBay for item #152371905085. Read the WHOLE description carefully. It lists out a lot of information you wanted to communicate in your listing. If you want the closing to go through a solid closing company, then choose one and put in the listing what company you will be using for the closing. Do not rely on the Buyer to choose. Search Tug for a list of closing companies that have good reviews. I'll let others tell you how to price it out on eBay. I don't know if there are any special listing fees for timeshares on ebay.

Thanks for this advice. I just checked that listing. Very helpful advise.

That appears to be listing agent or service. I am guessing they have a relationship with a closing agent service. Any chance somebody can provide feedback on closing agent(s) that will deal direct with a buyer and a seller with speed / efficiency / customer service - at reasonable price?

Read the articles here. They give loads of valuable advice on selling.

There are a list of advertisers on Tug that I am fairly positive are vetted before they are allowed to advertise. There are some closing companies listed there.

I've seen LT Transfers come up more then once on these forums. Do a search for them on the forums to get reviews.
