I saw a 1 BR fixed week 30 Seapointe on eBay this morning.

The starting bid is $2000. It's a liquidation company so I'm sure they'd take an offer less than that if one called in.

I imagine a fixed week 30 might even rent well.

Nice sighting - very nice week to be at the beach. I took a peek at the listing and it is for a D unit. Great if you are buying for day use and exchanging because the maintenance fee will be the lowest one at the resort. But otherwise it's a very small 1 bedroom unit, so buyer beware. Also, I took a look at my resort map - there are 15 D units, six in buildings 2 and 4 with ocean views (except floor 1), six in the building that sits perpendicular to the ocean (building 6) and therefore has limited ocean views, and three in the building behind that building (building 5), so no ocean views, I suspect.
