Hi Folks,

Some senior friends usually spend the winter months in Myrtle Beach. They skipped last year after having a purse stolen from their room in 2007. Many of the properties that take "winter rentals" are of lesser qualities.

I have seen reviews of the Sand Dunes Resort that are positive and negative.
The rental price for three months is good. My main concern is that it is not bad and atleast safe.

Does anyone have an opinion?

I don't want these gals to have a problem. They are all on a limited income. But,they insist on being on the water and having an indoor pool, even if the rooms are just okay.

Thanks for your help.

Kathleen
