Resort Reviews [The Four Sails at Virginia Beach.]

Hi If this is the wrong forum let me know. I'm considering an exchange thru RCI for a resort called The Four Sails at Virginia Beach. TUG has no recent reviews. Anyone stayed here within the last 2 years?Please, Tell me about it good or bad. So I can make a decision.

All oceanfront units. Daily trash pick-up and towel exchange. Mid-week cleaning. Great, friendly staff. Complimentary WIFI. Indoor Pool. Complimentary beach cruisers. Located at the North End of the Boardwalk.

It's not fancy, but the location, staff, daily trash pick-up and towel exchange, mid-week cleaning and oceanfront units makes this a very good exchange.
