also from your experiences which sites are serious for listing my unit , i received a call from SMTSN to help me for renting but there was always miscommunication due time difference between our country and USA

I respectfully submit that if you are a "resale" owner with Westgate, your first (and biggest) obstacle will actually be making reservations at all, in view of Westgates's "60 days in advance only" restrictions on "resale" owners making reservations.

If you purchased developer direct, you have more reservation latitude. I'll leave it to others far more knowledgeable about the geographic area (and with seasonal demand there) to weigh in on which weeks you should to try to reserve and / or whether to "split" your 2BR lockoff into (2) separate 1BR units.

There are certainly better options than using SMTN for assistance with your rental intentions, but the first hurdle to clear is the reservation process itself.
Until you have confirmed reservations, you don't have anything specific to advertise for rent anyhow. I hope others can offer specific suggestions. Good luck.

One other big issue is the property being located in Orlando. Orlando is flooded with timeshares and other rental properties. Renting Westgate Town Center for anything close to even half of the MFs is going to be a real challenge. It will perhaps even be impossible to rent at all, even through the most trusted channels.
