In the past I had called to book 2 back to back weeks and lock off the weeks at the same time... giving me four reservations at 13 month.

If I want to book 2 back to back weeks for my studios (from 2 separate units), would that qualify for the 13 month bookings?

Yes. as long as you use two separate units. If you want the most bang for the buck, if you split two lockoffs, you could reserve unit 1 at 13 mo, unit 2 at 13 mo + 1 wk. unit 3 etc.

Thank you. Don't really understand your example, though.
He is saying that the first week in your chain of reservations can be made 13 months ahead of check-in and all the following weeks in the chain can also be reserved at that same time even though their check-in dates are more than 13 months out.
