RCI should have a calculator that does that for you. Put in the week or"float" window and it estimates the point equivalent value prior to deposit. Not always 100% accurate but a reasonable estimate.

I don't think that you can convert Sheraton Oasis to the RCI points system.
You can deposit Sheraton Oasis in the RCI weeks system and get an among of Deposit Trading Power (DTP) to book resorts that have an Exchange Trading Power (ETP) assigned to them.

DTP and ETP are also called Trade Power Units (TPU) on TUG
