I am getting little to no help when calling in I am curious but when I go though checkout I am trying to purchase Hard Rock Cafe tickets out of Dallas.

When I do so it is asking me to input my credit card information. I am all what the hell I thought I could use points for this purchase it doesn't make much sense.

There is always a service fee that has to be paid with cc. It should be around $25 per ticket. YOU also have a max You can use with points. 33,000 or 1/3 of annual points or 50,000 or 1/2 of points if you are platinum. Because of the service fee it is better to use for one expensive ticket than 2 cheaper ones.

Thanks for the reply you are always very knowledgeable on this topic. The annoying thing for this particular transaction it is not telling me how many points that I can spend or I am not even seeing the option?? Can you go through the motions on Hard Rock Cafe tickets out of Dallas and tell me what you see on your end. Any further insight would be appreciated.
