RCI: missing exchange dates, from RCI points account.

Hi Tuggers

When I use my regular RCI points account and search for Hilton Grand vacations, I only see dates until jan-2018. I know that there are a lot of dates beyond jan-2018 but i'm unable to see them?

If I search for others resorts I can see past jan-2018, this at least goes for the resorts I have checked.

If I check with my RCI weeks account I can see dates beyond jan-2018.

I'm just curious if this is normal or maybe my rci account is having some problems.

I am having same problem. All those Hilton's showed up yesterday for 2018 for a few minutes and just checked again this morning and nothing there again. I can see them thru Wyndham portal though. I have RCI weeks account that this is happening too

Weird, I can see the units with my RCI weeks account but not my RCI points account.

The "new" RCI site blows. I was looking at the HGVC resorts and when I clicked to see what was available it would say 56 check in nights but only show me a handful.

just spoke to RCI they say its a system errors, impact not only my account. They are however working on it.

I'm still not able to see beyond Jan-2018 for the majority of Hilton properties.

The Hawaiian resort are not available at all.

Are anyone with a regular point membership able to see it?
