I have 2 weeks deposited in RCI to be used for the next 3 years.
They have a trading power of 8.
I found a week at the Occidental Club in Aruba for November of this year.
Its an all inclusive resort.
I was wondering if this fee is per adult or a one time fee, and is there any other fees?

From the way it is worded I would assume that the fee is per adult per week. And I wouldn't expect children to be free just a lower rate. Your best bet is to call RCI and ask.

The fee is per person per week. Childrens cost will depend on the age

Unless you really want an all-inclusive, I would suggest a DIVI non all-inclusive and spend your money in the great restaurants on the island.

I think the problem is going to be that a week worth 8 (or combining for 16) may not match an aruba week.....October weeks (low) are usually over 20. All-inclusive may be the only option......

I would second the idea of NOT going all-inclusive in Aruba - too many fabulous restaurants. $1,300 PER PERSON - you can rent a 1 bedroom for less than that in a lot of the timeshares in Aruba
