If I understand correctly, you did not have a down payment. Have you rec'd any confirmation that your purchase has been cancelled?

I sent it 1 day shipping with signature... i got a loan that covered the down payment that I would have had to obviously pay off

My wife and own at Grand Dessert and Bonnet Creek. Purchased both on E bay thank God.. Did this before finding out about TUG site.
Never buy from resort. Never finance. We love our Timeshares!
