Question for Spinnaker Grand Floridian owners

At Ormond Beach location, at the timeshare sales presentation on 3/5/17, the group presenter made the statements below and I would like your opinion as to whether they are correct information:

II has 30 + resorts that are "Premier". Grand Floridian is included. Our property is "Premier" and in such demand that II will give owners two 6 day stays when owners deposit their week in II.
A Grand Floridian studio will trade as a 1 bedroom anywhere in II. Presenter stated this resort exchanges well with Marriotts, Hiltons, and Starwood.
