I have owned one week at the Plaza Resort & Spa for over 40 years. It is a nice resort in Palm Springs, CA. It has traded well over the years for resorts in England, Mexico and the US.

As we are now older, we travel less and haven't used the timeshare for a number of years.

Taxes and maintenance fees are quite low and trade-ability is high.

Anyone interested in adding a week at a nice resort, drop me a note.

Thanks

Thanks for the inquiry carmena79

It is a Studio unit. We just received a brochure showing the newly remodeled units.

The week is called "Floating week in high time" which is defined as the 18th to 45th Friday of each year.

The maintenance fees are $137 per quarter and the Riverside county tax runs $46 per year.

The transfer fee was $110 and a recording fee of $9 when I last checked in 2009.

I would ensure that maintenance fees are current and would split the transfer expense.

If you have other questions please let me know.
