Island Packet 10/13/15 - New Sea Turtle Marketplace coming together as Pineland Station comes down
"Plans for the new Sea Turtle Marketplace are beginning to take shape as the old Pineland Station is slowly coming down. The project, led by Virginia-based Wheeler Real Estate Co., will completely revamp the 40-year-old, worse-for-wear shopping center at William Hilton Parkway and Mathews Drive on Hilton Head Island." ...
The mid-north end of the island is seeing some well-done improvements these last few years.
If you're looking for it (like I was,) the Palmetto Quilt Guild has moved to the HH Beach & Tennis Resort.
