Hello again

A two bdrm plus in the Gold season listed by Judi K ended on Ebay today @ $5100.00 and did not meet the reserve. I emailed Judi regarding the maint fees and I don't really understand what they mean?
3-Bedroom GOLD 920.19 195.85 - $1,116.04 89.80 ** $1,205.84
I think 920.19 is MF. 195.85 is yearly taxes? And not sure on 89.80 but I'm guessing $1205.84 is the yearly expense to be covered, is this correct?
And would anyone venture a guess as to what this listing "should" sell for to pass ROFR?
Finally, is a 2 bdrm plus another term for a 3 bdrm?

This site is great, and I was blown away by the fast responses to my first post!!
Thanks so much!!
Chris

A 2-bedroom plus is just a 2-bedroom with a better view or larger sqft. You also can have 2-bed Premier which is even better view or sqft than plus. Each resort is different. So for gold season you have 2bed 5000 pts, 2bed plus 5800 pts, and 2bed premier 7000 pts.

I don't own at Parc Soleil, but my Seaworld MFs are broken into three categories: Operating Fee (largest), Real Estate Taxes, and Reserve Fee (smallest). I'm guessing that is the breakdown of fees you are seeing as well.

In addition to the MFs, you also must pay HGVC's club dues which were $119 last year, I think. You only pay that once no matter how many HGVC weeks you own.
